MEDICAL FORM
You will receive a link to fill out your private medical form and pay the $20 medical provider fee.

DOCTOR REVIEW
The doctor will review your medical history in 24-48 hours and approve or deny based on your medical history. If there is a question, the Dr. will contact you directly.

DELIVERY
Once approved, the 503A Certified Pharmacy will ship your peptides directly to your home.
